I sat in the bus looking out the window at the blur of green. I usually sat in the front or with people and talked the whole trip, but not today. Today I sat in the very back of the bus, my stomach churning with excitement and fear. I hadn't seen dipper in so long, will I recognize him?, will he even want to see me? I thought to myself. I shook those thoughts out of my head,he's my brother, of course I'll recognize him and why wouldn't he want to see me. I smiled thinking of how happy we would be back together. A few more minutes passed by and I must have fallen asleep because I suddenly felt someone shaking me. "What,huh?" I said opening my eyes and stretching. "Miss, were here" I gruff teacher voice said. My eyes lit up as I heard this.
I raced out of the bus and was greeted with a large pine forest. I covered my mouth in happiness then realized something, I haven't really thought out a plan. How was I supposed to leave the group without anyone noticing. "Ok kids, on your left are the restrooms. Please use them now for we will be heading into the forest soon" a teacher said pointing to her right. Oh no, the mystery shack is the other direction. I made a quick decision as she hurried over to the bathrooms. A lot of people had their phones out and were trying to get service so they didn't notice when I had snuck out behind the stalls. I found a large rock and hide behind it till the group left. I left out a sigh of relief as the last trace of sound vanished
I got up,wiping myself off of leaves and dirt as I started my way to the mystery shack.
