She reaches behind her and grabs a knife from her skirt. She gently drags it across my face, I feel the blood spill down my face.
"Ah... Senpai your blood... it's so red and warm" She licks my cut and hugs me. "Stay with me Senpai. Or I'll break your legs and keep you all to myself." I tremble at her words. "Get away from me..." I try to get away from her, then I feel something poke me. I look down and see a syringe in her hand. "SSssssh... go to sleep Senpai... and leave yourself to me."
