I watch the man I love pick up our kids. I smiled. Our kids! We had three. First ones were twins, Ace and Zaria. The third one is Gabe. Gabe and Zaria had their dads green eyes. Ace had my brown ones. Damon and I got married the weekend after we graduated. Witch was three years ago. I’m now 22 and happily married with kids. My lover set down our kids and walked over to me. He picked me up and spun me around. I laughed. These are the moments I will die for. I just couldn’t wait for my kids to find their mates.
“I love you Vick,” he whispered into my ear.
“I love you too,” I told him.
