Laughter rings in my ears
Smiles and giggles and cheers
I should be happy
I shouldn't be sad
But the laughter
The horrible laughter
My Pain, it hurts, it hurts
The grins follow me home
The laughter never leaves me alone
I'm too sad to be brave and defend myself
It's to hard to be strong and stand up
And so the laughter just follows
And the grins never stop
And I ache from the torture, unseen
I have no words
I'm invisible
When I speak no one hears a thing
I'm lost then I'm found
And with sadness abound
The laughter follows me home
The grins they hide in the shadows
They never leave me be
The laughter echos and echos
My ears are bleeding
My soul is hurt
My eyes are dripping with tears
I'm too sad to be brave and defend myself
And it's to hard to be strong and stand up
But the grins, so savage, so vicious
Just follow without a set goal
And the laughter, so mocking, so clear
It echos and taunts and jeers
And it never stops
The torture never stops
As they laugh at my pain
And grin at my tears
The laughter echos forevermore
