She flips through the pages of her work
The pages are filled with emptiness
Each page expressing her hatred for each individual page
Flashing lights shining in front of her
Anxious waiting
Tabs flashing words and letters and symbols
click tap click tap
Words grow under her fingertips
each click and tap creating a new message
one to be sent off many miles away
each word meaningful to her life
each word forming her inner emotions
each word creating a long stream of new words
Words that she will remember tomorrow
Words she will look back to and smile at
She reads their words
"Haha"
":)"
"Lol"
"K"
"Cool"
"It;s fine"
They're all such meaningless words
Yet, they're all such filling words
He tells her stories
Giving her advice
discussing what hurts us
what hurts us in the worst ways
What makes us die inside
what makes us cripple
But we manage to survive
We get through it
Sometimes with fake smiles
Jokes
Laughs
Simple gestures
Funny Stories to replace the bad ones
But then
I feel as if I'm bothering you
Interrupting you
Like I'm a problem for you
I don't want to continue
I don't want to hurt him
I don't want to crush him
He's going through this all
And I feel like I'm making it worst
I see his name pop up and I'm not sure If I should click
I click
I type
The words form
As I simply die inside
Like a failing heart beat
Wishing that I didn't have to be this way
But
He fullfills this wish of mine
He makes it so I don't HAVE to feel broken
So that we don't have to be broken
