Chapter 5

      I put my things in my locker when the final bell rings. I just can't wait till I get home. Actually I shouldn't really call it home, I never would have a home in this world. "Hey" I quickly snap out of my thoughts "oh hey V" I said. "You look tired" "When am I not tired" she just looks at me if I'm some puzzle she's trying to put back together. I low key sometimes wanna just dig a big hole and have a good cry, I should just add that to the bucket list. " Jem, are you seriously ok?" "Why do you ask so much questions?" She just gave a little shrug and I couldn't help but laugh, she's the best sister I could ever have

      As soon we got home I change into some adidas short and a boy Marvel Avengers shirt. I don't know why I like boy shirts I guess they have better designs. I check my phone if I have any missed calls or texts. I got a missed text from the council, I hate having missed calls or texts sometimes I just forget to check on purpose. "Aye Jem did you get a text from the council ?" V called from up stairs "Yeah just grab your things, meet you in the car in 5 min." I look a mess I made a quick bun and put my black converse. I made my way to the car V comes out and lots marvelous like every single day and gets in. "Do we seriously have to go?" "Yeah we have too". "But you hate them more than I do". That part is true sometimes you shouldn't trust people. I turned on the radio and she got quiet before she asks another question. I can't wait till this day is over.
