Trying to be Perfect

Party

After school when I was getting in my car Harry came up beside me

I turned to him and said "Hey get in"

He got in the car and we drove off.

"Hey can you go to a party with me tonight" I asked

"Sure. who's house?"

"Liams" I said.

            *3 hours later*

"Hey liam this is a cool party" I yelled over all the noise

"Thanks,hey you wanna go upstairs were theres hailey and harry are"

"Sure"

We walked into a room full of people and I sat by harry.

We were all talking then liam said

"Harry I can't believe you really asked Ashton out"

Harry gave him a weird look.

"What does he mean" I asked harry.

Now everyone was looking at us.

"Oh Harry you didn't tell Ashton"

"Tell me what!" I directed towards Harry

"Nothing" he said

"No,No,No Harry tell her or I will."

My face was getting red.

"Yeah tell me"

"Okay my man Harry here made a bet with me that he would date the most unpopular girl in school for at least a week. And if he lost he owes me fifty bucks and yet here yall are."

Everyone was watching me and I gave them a faint smile and ran out the house.

"Ashton wait! please I need to explain." Harry called

I got in my car and slammed the door.

He was standing in front of my car to keep me from driving.

"Ashton please let me talk."

Tears were streaming down my face

"Fine then get in" I said in a shaky voice. He walked to the passenger side and I drove off.
