(Phil's P.O.V)
I jumped out of my bed after having one of my reoccurring nightmares, although this one seemed much more vivid than the previous ones, I shook it of quickly and pushed the thought out of my head. I stubbled around my room searching for my glasses, I then found them behind my dresser for some strange reason, although I was too tired to question it. I reached for my phone on my bedside table to check the time, 8 am, I had only slept for around four hours! I rubbed the sleep out of my eyes and the memories from last night started to come back, I cringed at the thought of it and tried desperately to get my mind to something else.
I knew for a fact that Dan wouldn't be up for a while now, even of he went to bed particularly early, he would still wake up at lunch time. I set of to making cereal, I went for the un-healthy option as usual. Then it dawned on me, nobody had put the milk in the fridge last night. I then glanced at the counter to see it there, I wouldn't of wanted to know what it would smell like at the moment but as I drew closer to it I could smell the stench of off milk, what type of person forgets to put the milk in the fridge, for god sake. I was in desperate need for cereal though, I could've just settled with toast, I think I have a weird cereal obsession. So I shoved a shirt and shoes on, and remembering the keys this time, I ran out to the shops, accidenlty slamming the door loudly behind me. Dan wouldn't be awake for a while so I took my time, it was the type of morning where everything was extremely peaceful. I walked slower to take in the quietness that would soon turn into a chaos, with the police cars, shouting people, crime everywhere and the hundreds serious business people rushing for work. So this time of day was very important to take advantage of.
This is in two parts because I wrote this bit, then I wrote the second half and didn't save it *slow clap for me* so I thought I'd update it so you know that I'm still going on with it. Part 2 should be soon.
