“Boy if you don't get the hell up now imma come up there and whoop your ass" i heard my mother screaming from downstairs. I groaned and got out of bed and went into the bathroom. I took a 5 minutes bath and brush my teeth and hurriedly put on my clothes.
I grabbed my school bag and ran downstairs and saw my mother feeding my brother with some potatoes. I went in the kitchen and took up some pancake that was on the counter.
“Bye mom” i yelled before walking out the front door. I jumped on my bicycle and ride to school. This is going to be a long day i thought.
Clair's POV
Well today is my first day of school and guess that it is going to be the happiest day of my life because i am going to make new friends. I moved to this neighbourhood about two days ago because my mother have some job she has to do here.
I quickly got dressed in a pink crop top blouse and a plain blue jeans pants, i add a little makeup on my face and put on some lipstick. I did my hair and went downstairs. I saw a note on the table, i took it up and it reads:
Went out for a morning jog want to keep my body fit and healthy i know by the time i reach home you will be gone so i made some breakfast, it is on the counter. Have a nice day at school today.
Mom
I put the note down and took up my breakfast and hurriedly ate it,because it is my first day and i don't want to be late.
