Xavier's Pov
Today is Thursday so guess what, today is my very first tutoring session with Clair but come to think of it today i haven't seen her at all. Probably she is sick or something. I am going to ask her friend if she knows why she didn't attend school, not that she'd tell me if it is personal stuff but i at least need to try.
In geography class all that was on my mind is the girl with the beautiful golden eyes. She seems to be the centre of my thoughts these days.
"From mars to planet earth Mr Thomas" my geography teacher said as i looked at him he was already looking at me.
"I'm back sir and the journey was wonderful" i said as everyone started to laugh hysterically. The teacher just rolled his eyes and continue with the lesson.

After few more classes school was over. I quickly pack up my things and headed out to find Jada. Luckily Jada was at her locker so i hurriedly went over to her before she leaves.
"Umm... Hi" i said. Startled Jada turned around and looked at me, "Hi" she said locking her locker and giving me her full attention.
"I-I was just wondering what happened to clair that made her to not show up at school today. And i am not sure if i should cancel tutoring sessions today and you seem to be her bestfriend so you probably know the answers to my questions" i said taking in a breath.
"Well to answer your question no i don't know why she did not turn up for school i tried calling her a dozen times but only got led to voicemail"
"You think i should check up on her because i live very close to her"
"Yes! That's a great idea" she said way too quickly.
"Ok" i said raising an eye brow.
"Nice talking to you"
"Same to you, got to go" she said disappearing from my view.
What a weird girl i thought.
