The Magicians Meeting

"Crap !" Someone yelled.

"What ?" Someone else yelled.

"Mind your own business the first person yelled back.

I walked to the other side of the room.
"As a very wise person once said : get out of my way or i'll beat you up" I hear someone say.

"No one ever said that !" Another person replied.

"They did "

"Who ?"

"Uh me?"

I rolled my eyes and sighed making my way to the middle of the room.

"Idiots !" Someone screamed so loudly that everyone stopped and stared to see what was going on, before going back to their own conversations.

"What the hell ! Why did you think that was a good idea ?" The person continued.

As I was about to move to yet another part of the rectangular room filled with chairs someone came running up to me.

"Avril ! Sit next to me right ? Also can I copy the maths homework and can you tell me what the book we had to read is about ?" It was my best friend Tristan.

"Yeah sh" I start to say but then I see something - or more specifically someone - that makes me freeze on the spot.

"Oh shit" Tristan finally manages to mutter.

Callum was banned from the meetings and from this world five years ago, after a huge fight with our leaders and was sent to earth, but Callum isn't really a human person so he begged to come back. About a year ago Gerard, The Grand Leader decided to unban him.

He has only ever come back to borrow money from whoever was dumb enough to lend him some, we all know what he does with it.

Michael comes running up to us.
"What the crap is Callum doing here ?"

"I dunno but I bet it's because he needs money ... again" Ashton butts in.

"Wanna bet?" says Luke reaching out his hand.

"Deal, 10 pounds" Ashton answers.

"So what do we do? Ask him what his problem is or wait and see?" Melanie, who had walked up to us mid-conversation, said.

"Wait and see what?" Tyler yells from across the room, before ignoring the question someone had just asked him and coming up to us.

"What Callum wants" I say.

"We can go and ask him if you like" he answers, pointing to him and Josh.

"I think this time might be more serious, look he isn't wearing his house badge !" Michael says.

"I hope it's not what I think it is ..." Ashton mumbles.

"Aww sweet!" I say in my best I'm-talking-to-a-cat voice.

"No it's just that I don't want to lose my bet !" We all laughed.

"What's wrong with not wearing a house badge ?" Andy, who is new here asked.

"Everything" Luke says.
