Person 1: Does 100% of the work
Person 2: Has no idea what's going on
Person 3: Says they're going to help but doesn't
Person 4: Disappears at the beginning of the project and comes back at the end
Person 5: Just sit there and chill, watching person 1 doing all the hard work
