Kylee's POVIt feels like an eternity until the dinner with Nash and I couldn't be more excited. I don't know why I'm so excited, it's not a date, just a thank you for helping his brother.
--------------Finally it's seven and my shift is over. What a crazy first day as a doctor, I thought to myself. I went into the break room to change into my clothes. I had jeans and a flannel, nothing nice enough for a date. I put on my makeup-which I rarely ever wear and then I straighten my long blonde hair.
I decided to check on Hayes one last time before Nash picks me up. I walk into his room to see that he is awake.
"Hey Hayes!!!" I say in a cheery tone.
"Hi" he says quietly.
"How are you feeling? I'm headed out for the night but if you need me have one of the nurses page me and I'll be here for you." I say with a smile
"I'm feeling a lot better, where are you going?"
"Nash is taking me to dinner. Is that okay with you?"
"Why?" He said with annoyance in his voice.
"Nash said he wanted to thank me for all that I have done, which is crazy because it's my job! Is that okay?"
"Yeah that's fine. You look really pretty." He says starting to blush
"Aww Hayes you are so sweet. Thank you." I said while giving him a kiss on the cheek.
"I have to go, page me if you need me!"
---------
It's 7:15 and I walk into the lobby. I saw Nash standing there with some flowers and a huge grin."Oh my god Nash! What the hell do you think you are doing?" I say with a huge grin on my face.
"Thanking you!"
"Aww Nash this is too much, thank you so much. You are such an awesome guy."
"So Kylee, are you ready for our date?" Nash said
"A date?" I asked confused.
"Well of course, I want to get to know you better, we will be spending a lot of time together and you seem like an amazing girl." Nash says blushing a little.
"Well, then I'm so ready for our date."
