Just a peak

I looked around. My parents were on the third (Yes third!) floor fighting, while I was on the second floor doing nothing. I was born with curiosity, but I never ever thought I would do this. I wasn't even allowed to go downstairs till they were ready for me, and only for a meal! But I went downstairs. I realized the window was open. Nobody was downstairs, and I took a small peak. I saw a girl with bright blue eyes waiting to find out about this world looking out her window at me. Then I realized that two boys were playing in the front yard in front of her house... She's a third child too! I gazed at her light brown cinnamon hair, flowing in the wind, it was long and straight. I waited for the boys to leave and watched as the girl hid from them. Then we both opened our doors. I realized this peek turned into practically an escape.

"Are you a third child too?"I asked. She nodded. "Wait you are one like me?" She stuttered. "Yes." I replied. "My name is Timmothy." I told her. She nodded. "Jane." I smiled at her, I was relieved, finally someone like me! Jane all of a sudden hugged me. "Will you please be my friend? I need one, your like me, it's just..."I smiled back at her. "Best friends." She laughed with joy. "I got to go. If my family finds that I was out here I'm  Crow-Food!" I nodded. "Me too! But don't worry, we'll find some way we can keep in touch, were best friends". She nodded as she ran back to her home. "Best friends." I repeated.
