Yuuri perched himself onto the bench and unclipped makkachjn's leash. The poodle danced around and chased after the falling autumn leaves. Yuuri held his face and let the tears fall. Why was he crying? Why did he not feel angry? Only sad?
Makkachin rested his head on Yuuri's lap to comfort him. Yuuri rubbed the dogs head gently. A sudden breeze pushed his glasses from his nose. He blinked a few times before he processed what  happened. Sweeping the ground with his hand he located his spectacles and rose from the bench. The lenses were cracked.
"Crap"  he cursed to himself ."I'll go to the rink to get my spare" he clipped Makkachin's leash on once again and stumbled towards the local ice rink.
Yuuri pushed open the door "Yuuko? You in?" No answer. Oh well he'd just be a second any way. He walked up to the desk and leaned over the counter. Blindly rummaging around for his glasses case.
"Yuuri? What're you doing" spoke a voice from behind the counter .
Yuuri leaped with fear at the sudden appearance.
Takeshita peered his head from behind the skate rack.
" I dropped my glasses... And they cracked" Yuuri explained.
"So you're not gonna skate hmm?" Takeshi raised his brow.
"I... Uhh I don't know" Yuuri felt his cheeks swell " I've had a bad day"
"That's why you should skate. It always cheers you up. I'll look after Makkachin for ya" takeshi grinned.
"T..thanks"
Yuuri tugged on the laces of his skates and tied a knot. He held the rail for support until his blades met the ice. Inhaling he moved his legs. Skidding across the perfectly smoothed ice. Spinning with elegance. He usually came her alone to practice. It felt strange to have strangers skate around him. He felt the urge to show off. A triple axel should gain some attention. Leaping into the air. He began to spin. But as his body twirled around all he saw was viktor.
"I'm sorry, Yuuri" the words echoed in his head. He couldn't take in what was happening. As he landed on the ice, his foot lost control. Slipping . His chin smashed against the cold floor. One of the novice skaters couldn't stop. It was too late to turn. They tried to dig their skates into the ice. But it was too late. The ice turned red. Yuuri saw everything darken. All he hurt was someone apologising and another who he thought was Takeshi
