The angel's fist swung down towards the oldest Winchester's face once more, his orders echoed in his head; tossing themselves across his brain, his head ached. Dean's face drenched in blood, yet it didn't stop the boy from reaching his arms up to the angel to plead for his mercy. "Cas..." The hunter faltered as the name fell from his lips so fluidly. The hunter could no longer feel the pain stabbing across his beaten face, it was consumed now only by the pain that dominated his heart; a pain of betrayal from the one he loved. Castiel held his fist high into the air, thrusting it full force against his best friends face again, these were his orders, he couldn't disobey, no matter how hard he tried. Dean's face crunched under the weight of the punch; his whole head forcefully cracked to one side, he spat out a mouthful of blood, forcing his eye level to be equal with the celestial blue pools of the Angel. "Please Castiel..." Dean Winchester gasped, his voice growing weak. The seraph raised his arm once more, this time he held his Angel Blade tightly in his fists; he could hear her voice calling through his brain 'Do it Castiel, DO IT!'  Was all she ordered. "What...-" The Angel's question was cut short by the sound of a booming crash; a large gust of wind bellowed into the warehouse, a large wooden door smashed upon the ground as the figure of Sam Winchester barged into the room, a Taurus PT92 pistol gripped tightly in his hands.

"Dean, you in here!?" Called the young hunter, a panicked and  quickened pace. Dean's hand reached upwards to the Angel, who still stood towering over him a look of pain, confusion and self-loathing upon his face. "You love me?" The Seraph asked in a very hushed tone, almost as if he was just talking to himself. Sam turned the corner, his flashlight hitting the beaten body of his older brother upon the ground. "Dean!" He called out into the air as he dropped the flashlight to run over to him; the flashlight smashed upon the ground, all light vanishing instantly except the light that now trickled in from the doorway, just barely illuminating the two brothers. Sam quickly looked around the room to find whom it was that Dean had been talking to, but he found nobody in sight. He lifted his brother from the ground resting his head upon his knees. "Your alright, I got you."

Dean lifted his hand towards his younger brothers face, cupping gently at his cheek, and then there was nothing but darkness...
