Chapter 19

Vinny's pov:

     I woke up with the most annoying noise ever .... Beep.....beep....beep.... Same shit over and over again. I opened my eyes and I tried to get up but I got really dizzy and sat back down. I looked around me and saw Camila asleep on a couch next to me and Emma on the same one but just in the other side of the bed I was on. I sat up on my bed and saw wires connected to me. I heard the door open and I rubbed my eyes. "Your awake finally" I heard Dinah sat and I groaned "keep it down I just woke up" I yawned and she shrugged "what time is it" I asked and she shrugged as she got a bag of food out and started eating. I grabbed a pillow I had next to me and threw at Camila. She groaned and got up and looked at me "your awake" she said smiling and she walked over to me bed and held my hand. I smiled but then Emma woke up and called my name. "Vinny?" she said stretching "yes?" I said and she walked over to me and hugged me. "Thank god you're okay" she said hugging me and I let go of Camila's hand and hugged her. I saw Camila frown and walk away. I frowned when she left. Emma let go of me and smiled "you should go home and get some rest" I said but she shook her head. "Atleast go get us some food" I said and she smiled "anything for you boo" she said kissing my cheek then left. I looked at Dinah and she looked at me weird "since when we're y'all dating" she asked and I shook my head "we ain't I'm still single" I said and she smirked "Still waiting for Camila huh" I shook my head "in waiting for a girl to get me head over heals for her" I said and she sighed "Camila likes you a lot you know" she said and I nodded "but I can't be with someone is going to be dating Shawn Mendes soon" I said and she stared at me "so he's the reason why my ship isn't sailing" she said and I looked at her "ship?" I asked and she groaned putting her food down. " My ship as in I want you and Camila to date but it won't sail unless you both stop being pussys about it and just follow your Damn heart" she said then began eating again and I sighed "I would love to stop being a pussy but managment said I have to date someone and it can't be Camila because she will be dating Shawn soon" I said and she groaned "I wish the could stop being up our ass's all the Damn time" she said and I agreed with her.

      After my talk with Dinah, Emma came back with our food and after that my family came and then the guys and girls. The doctor has just left and said I have a bruised nose and a broken rib. My parents sat on the chairs and so did the girls and the guys stood there. Brenda and Victor left home to take care of Andrew and Julia.

    I sat on the bed talking with everyone until the doctor came in. "So Vinny we found out that you have a few broken ribs and a strained foot from falling I suppose oh yea and your bruised nose but that will heal faster" Dr. Pena said and I nodded. "So we will have to wrap your ribs and your strained foot and tried not to walk a lot it will heal faster if you dont" he said and left to get the nurse. I was about to lay back down until the door opened and saw my manager and he ran up to me. "Can everyone leave except the guys" I said and everyone left as the guys stood by me. "What happened Vinny" Eric said panicking "some guy knocked me out and now I have a few broken ribs a bruised nose oh yea and a strained foot" I said and he sighed and rubbed his forehead "will you still be able to go on tour" he said and I nodded "Yea but I can't walk a lot if I want to heal my foot faster" I said and he smiled "I guys we can have you guys just sit on stools or on the edge of the stage and sing your songs right" he said and I nodded

      Soon enough the doctor came in with a nurse and wrapped up my ribs and ankle. They gave me a ice pack for my nose. I got up and put my arms on the crutches they gave me. The guys got out and I changed into my regular clothes. I got back on the crutches and walked out of the room with the help of my crutches.

     As the car stopped I got out with my crutches on. I walked on the sidewalk that led to my house.  I noticed that ever since we left the hospital Camila has never left my side. We entered my house and I sat on the couch with my sprained ankle on a stool with a soft pillow. Camila sat right next to me and Emma left home. I felt Camila slip her hand into mine. I looked down at our hands and smiled. I looked around and it was just us two in the living room and everyone else probably outside. I looked at Camila and quickly gave her a kiss on the cheek. I saw her smile and blush. "What was that for" she said and I smiled "for never leaving my side when I was stuck at the hospital" I said "well why would I leave the person who I care about the most be alone at a hospital" she said and I shrugged "you tell me" I said as I got closer to her and I looked down to her lips then up to her eyes. I saw her do the same and leaned in also. I backed up when I heard footsteps coming near us. I saw my baby brother and sister run in and hug me. "Vinny" they both said "we missed you" Andrew said and I grabbed Julia and set her on my lap and she hugged me "I missed you a lot bubu" she said and got off as Andrew did the same. They both walked out and I saw Camila watching the show. I grabbed her face and made her look at me and I kissed her. She didn't hestitate to kiss back. I pulled her closer to me while kissing and she wrapped her arm around my neck. I heard a gasp not to far from us. We quickly pulled away and the person looked at us in shock.
