Let The Mind Wander ((One Shots))

Weepers

                   "SHIT THEY'RE RIGHT BEHIND US, DON'T STOP RUNNING" Scott could barely breath, but he couldn't stop running. Weepers were fast, stupid but only went by one rule, kill everything that moves.

"SCOTT THE ROOF IS ENDING!" Parker yelled out as they jumped over roof vents and pipelines, "JUMP OR FIGHT SCOTT! JUMP OR FIGHT?!" Parker yelled out seeing what Scott would say. Just before the roof ended Scott turns his head to see how many Weepers were chasing.

Scott was on the edge of the roof his foot slid as he came to a stop, he turned back to see Parker stop beside him, three Weepers were coming fast,  "Parker when I say duck you duck okay!" Parker looked confused at first but quickly picked up on what he meant and nodded in agreement. "Three Weepers one way out of here, if this plan doesn't work were dead anyway," Scott mumbled under his breath. 

The Weepers were close now, a couple more vents and they're right in front of them, their mouths opened vertically letting out a dreadful screech that could be heard 4 blocks away, "Scott they're getting close!" Scott stayed silent. until they were ten feet away from their faces.

"DUCK!" Scott yelled out as Parker and him both hit the rooftops floor, they could hear the Weepers screech roll right over them, one right after the other fade as they hit the ground bellow. 

Parker and Scott stand and look at each other and laugh "Oh my god I cant believe that worked!" Parker said while laughing, "Just another day in the apocalypse right Sc."

Scott stood in shock as a fourth Weeper tackled Parker off the roof with it, hitting the ground below. Scott looked over the edge still in shock of what he just witnessed, seeing Parker's body full of glass and metal sticking through him from landing on the car below, the Weeper that killed Parker laid motionless right beside Parker's body.
