Ami stood in a light blue ballroom, it had a great chandelier on the top, which she was somewhat standing under. She saw her reflection on one of the many mirrors that were present. Her brown hair had been transformed into an up-do, her jeans had been replaced with a light pink ballgown long enough to reach her ankles. She peered at the other side of the window, the other side was nothing but a galaxy. It made her wonder, how is this building in tact? What am I doing here?

At the other side of the ballroom was a huge door, and out of it, stepped out a young man dressed in white with an orange flower in his tuxedo pocket, and he walked towards her. Who is he? What do I do?

"Hello," she greeted timidly, the gentleman only smiled, as if he could not talk in this magic world. He offered his hand with the intent to dance with Ami in the elegant ballroom. Ami took it hesitantly, what was the magic flower thinking?

They glided across the ballroom, waltzing gracefully and never breaking eye contact. Ami had the urge to ask him where they were, what that door led to, and how to get out of here. While she danced, she pondered on these questions, in the end she decided to not ask him, for he could not respond back, anyways.

After dancing for what seemed eternity, Ami let go of his hands while the phonograph gradually died down

After dancing for what seemed eternity, Ami let go of his hands while the phonograph gradually died down. She twirled onto the middle of the ballroom, looking up, the chandelier resembled the rose that had helped her. The anonymous man never let her out of his sight, he took her hand again, but this time, they danced out of the ballroom. Remember the galaxy Ami saw earlier?  The two of them were now dancing on an elevated floor, there were no longer walls, only the floor and the purple starry sky. Watch me fall off of here.

The sky was gradients of purple combined together, it had stars decorating it like the ornaments on a Christmas tree. It was quiet dark so both of them could not see each other quiet well, but their outlines complemented the never ending sky. Ami looked downward, on the places that did not have a floor covering them, was pure black, just like my basement.

Like all good dreams, this dream had to end

Like all good dreams, this dream had to end. Out of nowhere, the whole setting dissolved into nothing, the young man was gone, the stars were gone, the floor was gone. Ami was floating nowhere but in a dark vacuum. Where do I go next?
