Chapter 2: Calm

As you laid there, on what seemed like the ground, you can't help but find yourself smiling. The pain is gone, the trouble is gone, it just faded with the light.

You feel really calm and relaxed, as your breathing is slow and steady, and you breathe for once. You breathe, and you feel alive, yet you're not sure if that's what you really are.

The fact that you're just here, on the ground is calming. You feel safe, and it's a good feeling because you usually don't feel safe. It's some exceptions, but you usually don't feel safe.

Here you do

The fact that you can just lay here, without worry, without a need to worry is calming. This relaxes you a bit more. And a little bit more.

You feel your body. It has no pain, no tension. There's just calm. You don't know why, but it feels really good. To not worry about all your bruises, or anything else. It's faded.

You're not really feeling many emotions either. You're just calm. You're not bored, not tired, not happy, nor sad. You are alright, and you're calm.
