CHAPTER 3: TABOO

Minjoo's POV~

As soon as I walk into the academic building, everyone turns their eyes to
me. I'm like an awkward weed in the middle of a bunch of flowers =___=.

Luckily the 'financial welfare scholarship' came with a voucher to buy nice clothes and accessories for the whole year. This school really thinks of everything O__O.

So I'm dressed in cute, decent clothes once again so I don't look too much like the poor pauper I actually am T__T.

All the girls are dressed so primly and the boys are dressed classily. It's seriously a rich people vibe.

I can hear everyone whispering about me as I walk through the corridor. Man, it's like so awkward for me =____=.

They might think I can't hear them, but I can.

"Omg, who is she?"

"She's cute."

"She's new, right?"

"Which company is she from?"

"She's not even pretty."

"She's ugly."

"I think she's third class."

"She doesn't look wealthy to me."

"How did she even get here?"

"Did she sneak in?"

Urgh. Stupid rich people.

I stop in front of a group of girls who seem to be the source of most of the whispers.

"OMGEE!!! She wants to talk to us!!! You must have nerve. How did you sneak in here? I don't think you're a new student. Pfft. You're not even pretty." One of the girls casually say in A LOUD VOICE, loud enough for the whole corridor to hear.

Now I can feel every single person's eyes on me.

"I'm Minjoo, and YES, I'm a new student here. And you think I sneaked in? You must be joking. Don't you know that there's security here?" I say, pissed off.

Man, these girls are the definition of snobbish. T__T Have some respect.

They're obviously surprised by what I said since their eyes are literally gonna fall out of their sockets if they don't stop widening them.

I hear a murmur from the rest of the students. They must be judging me.

Whateverrrr.

"How dare you talk to us like that??! Don't you know who we are?! We're the first class GIRLS GENERATION!"

"Yeah, eww...so disgusting. We don't know why you're here because you shouldn't be. I don't care if you're new but talk to us like that again and you'll regret it!" Another girl says.

Urgh. These girls =___= if I could, I would take off my shoe and hit them with it. But no. Violence is not the answer. T__T

"Yah! I don't know who you are and I don't care. I can talk to you however I want and I can study wherever I want. This school doesn't just revolve around you. So if you please, I need to get to class." I'm seriously pissed now.
