“What a beautiful day it was. I really enjoyed that swim in the lake.” - Rico exclaimed.
“We should do that more often.”
“Yes, yes Rico”, Woodie and Olivia agreed.
They walked through the bushes and found themselves on the paths with roses and lilies blooming. They had totally forgotten about the bottle of milk.
Mama Eva was already furious and had been waiting for 3 hours since Ralphie had left home. She glanced from her back garden window and saw Ralphie and his friends coming but without a bottle of milk.
“Hmm, I sent Ralphie to buy milk, so where is the bottle of milk?
It was when they arrived at Raphie’s garden that Woodie reminded them.
“Oh Ralphie why are you not carrying the bottle of milk?” exclaimed Woodie.
“When we left the lakeside, I didn’t see any bottle of milk. It must have vanished.” - Rico remembered when they took their belongings.
But, the bottle of milk had slipped into the lake and vanished. It had flown into the unknown.
“Oh no, Mother isn’t going to be happy with me.
What am I going to do?”, Ralphie began to worry.
Rico, the clever one decided to make a plan.
“We should go back to the lake to find the bottle of milk.”
But little did they know, Mama Eva had already saw them from a distance.
“Where do you think you are going, Ralphie?” she said.
Oh no, the situation had turned nasty. Rico’s intended plan was not going to work.
