Rejected And Forgotten

Flashback

This is how my story starts. Well first let me introduce myself. My name is Sapphire Rose Jackson, l and this is the day I met my first mate and the story of how I ran away and fell in love.

"Hey Saph, wait up!"Shouts Lilian my best friend.

"Why should I?" I callback.

"Because tonight is your mate finding party, and we need to get you ready."

"But it's eight hours away," I whine. "Can't we start after lunch?"

"No."

"But I promised Nathan we could go to the mall 'till lunch," I say.

"Okay, but the absolute latest that you can be home is 2:00. Because i need time to get you ready for the party," Lily says. "Even thought you'll ruin it when you first shift tonight."

"Lily why are you so girly?" I retort.

"I don't know. Now go getNathan to go to the mall so that I have time to do your hair and makeup," Lily says while rushing me out of my room and to my brothers.

"Okay okay. We'll be back in 4 hours."

"Wow. Lily won't quit will she?" Nathan asks.

"No she won't. Not until after tonight and even then she'll continue to fret about it," I say back. "I can't believe you got mated with her as it is kind of weird. But at the same time it is really great as I get to see her when ever I'm at your place."

"True, and I do love her," Nate replies dreamily.

"Then why don't you finish the mating process?" I ask curiously?

"Because she said she wants to wait until she is 18," Nate says sounding kind of sad.

"Thats sucks for you bro," I say snark as I get into the passenger seat of his car.

"It does but I am willing to wait for her to be ready although my wolf is getting really restless about it."

"True. Ready for lunch?"I ask.

"Yep. Want Chipotle? Or do you want something else?" Nate asks.

"Chipotle is fine," I reply back.

When we get to the mall we go to chipotle to grab lunch and once we are done eating we do some basic shopping. Then we go home so that I can get ready for my party.When we get there Lily is hot to trot to start getting me ready. She first rushes me into the shower so that I can wash up, when I'm done she comes in to start drying my hair and curling it giving it a more natural look. Then she starts on my makeup. By the time she is done with all of that it is nearly 4:30 and the party starts in half an hour which is were we are now.

 Lily grabs a peachy pink tea length dress out of my closet along with low wedges. She also grabs a lace bra and pantie set for me to put on underneath the dress, then we go over the plans one last time and how the night will hope fully go.
