THE CEO sat at his desk, nothing short of an evil grin on his face as he reviewed the profiles on his desk.

They were desperate, it was obvious. He picked up a folder and flipped through the contents carefully, taking everything in slowly and fully. He wasn't in need of trainees or a group; he just debuted another about a month ago and comebacks were dropping left in right.

Better to stay ahead of the game than to fall behind, He thought to himself with a chuckle. It was safe to say he'd made up his mind.

Every group that came from his company was successful. He was confident in that fact. So why couldn't he take failures and give them their wanted success? Actually, he could. He would.

After failing once, they'd work even harder to meet the standard. Since they already have experience, less training would be needed and it gives a quicker debut than trainees. Plus, he was the first to think of it.

The man leaned back in his chair and closed his eyes, allowing his brilliance to take over him.

"Sir, would you like to bring the boys in?" The staff woman spoke up and the man only waved his hand at her. She took it as a yes and hurried off to do her job.

The CEO sat up and realized he felt sorry for the 10 boys that were slowly making their way inside. The nervousness and fear were obvious from their faces and body language.

These boys would work and beat themselves harder than anyone ever could. The man smiled at that thought and gave them an offer they couldn't refuse.

i typed this in art class lmao which is why it sucks but if you didn't get the point: sm decides to debut a boy group of ex-members of different groups that basically flopped. the boys blame themselves for it and they push themselves to be better

i really like this idea and hope people apply so comment you favorite sm group if you plan to apply. mine is nct (specifically u but people have been sleeping on them ever since nct 127 debuted so)
