It been over two weeks now since that incident that my boss yelled at me. After then everything has been going on well. He his really cool towards me this past few days.

Alone in the office checking the new design of our company product which we going to launch very soon.

"Hello rainbow." Rex said walking towards his office. That's the new nickname he gave me after that incident. I smiled, "Hey Rex." I replied.

"Are the documents ready?" He asked. Typing something on his laptop.

"Am not done yet. But in the next few hours I will." I replied.

"Alright. Just take your time and make sure everything come out well." He said while packing his things and almost out of the office and said "see you tomorrow rainbow." He wink and walk out.

I sigh and shake my head. This boss won't be the death of me. Done with the documents drop it on his table. I Left the office and head home.

Sitting in the living room and watching a movie while eating pop corn. Glenda his not at home don't know where she is. I pick up my phone and called her.

Meg:hello Glen where are you?

Glen: I bae am at the mall doing some shopping. Don't worry I will be home very soon. She said I can imaging her smirking on the other line.
Meg:okay dear. Be fast about it because an dying of boredom here. She laugh and said don't die yet because am bringing what will kill you very soon. She said before i could say word she hang up.

I decided to go make pancake before Glen will be back. I know she is up to something.

"Megan come out here am back." Glen yelled.

"Am coming baby." I yelled back. Putting the pancakes on a tray and two milkshake and left the kitchen. I placed it on the table and look at Glen. I can see her smirking badly I know she is up to something.

"Meg, I get a big surprise for you."

I rolled my eyes. "Where is the surprise miss Surprisers?" I asked sarcastically.

"Here we go" she said and bring out a box and tell me to open it. She giggle at me.

I collected the box and open it.

"Jeez!!!!" I shouted and trow the box down and ran far from it. I can hear glen laughing out so loud.

"Glen what the hell was that. So you really want to kill me?"

She continue laughing. "Meg it just a pet."

"A pet?" "Huh?." I asked with a grimace.She nodded her head in a yes.

"Glen you know I hate cats. You don't even buy a cute one you buy a black cat." I said irritatedly.

She laugh. "I buy it for you just for fun." She said sticking her tongue out at me.

"It not funny. Thanks for your gift, I don't want" I rolled my eyes.

She smile at me. "Meg you should have seen your face when you saw the cat." She laughed.
