As we hugged,
you rubbed my side
I had a vision of the future
A vision of you rubbing my growing stomach
Our baby growing inside
I blinked and was back in my room
I was still in your arms with wide eyes
You slipped my ring onto my finger
Promising that one day it will be a real one
One day we will be together with no one telling us no
One day we will love without boundaries
One day,
I will be yours and you will be mine
