No call. No text. No voicemail. Nothing. Ten had literally disappeared from Hani's life. To say that she was upset was an understatment. Where was he? Was he okay? Who was he with? What had happened when he had gotten back to the boys?

Hani had so many questions but there were literally no answers.

And right now she needed Ten more than ever. Everyone at school was asking her so many questions that she didn't have the answers to, thanks to social media. She even wished that she went back to being a nobody; all this sudden popularity just because she "went out" with someone famous was not what Hani wanted.

"Hello?" Someone clicked their fingers in Hani's face making her turn her head to see her best (and only) friend towering above where she was seated in the cafeteria.

"When are you going to snap out of this? He was just a guy."

Of course she had told Jeesun; she has to. They were best friends.

"But he wasn't just a guy..." Hani muttered whilst she put her head on the table.

Jeesun sighed and sat down beside Hani, placing her bag on the table. "Hani, please. If he really likes you he would've called or at least texted you by now. But he hasn't done that. He's just like every other boy; a liar."

All of a sudden Hani felt a fire ignite inside her: A huge, ugly, jealous, burning pit of anger bubbling away.

She picked her head up off the table, looked straight into Jeesun's eyes and said, without any doubt in her mind or voice, "He isn't like that."

"What? He isn't a liar? Sorry but how did you two start talking again? And more to the point when did he tell you who he really was?"

Hani was silent for a moment, "Technically he told me ages ago but I just didn't believe him."

"He could've sent you a selfie to prove that it was him."

"He wasn't allowed."

"He could've met up with you."

"1) He's an Idol. 2) I live in Busan, he lives in Seoul. So no, he couldn't have met up with me."

Jeesun's face screwed up in dismay, "Did he have every excuse in the book memorised or something?! Seriously, Hani wake up! He's like every other guy."

Hani didn't know how to react. She was in shock that her best friend wasn't being more empathetic; asking her if she were okay, asking if she needed anything, just being a good friend.

Jeesun watched Hani's annoyed expression and rolled her eyes. "I'm just trying to help you not get your hopes up. Guys always say that the like you and that they'll text you but they never do. And even if they do they say the same, standard thing...'Thanks for a good time. I had fun.' I just think that you deserve someone better."

"I appreciate your intentions but you haven't met Ten. He's the sweetest guy I've ever met and he genuinely cares about me. So please don't tell me that he's like 'every other guy' because he's not at all."

Hani gave Jeesun one last glare before gathering her things and leaving her alone.

She pulled out her phone and opened her messages with Ten.

Hani:
Teabag I really need to talk to you

Hani:
Like now

Hani:
But obviously that won't happen

Hani:
Is it me?

Hani:
Did I do something?

Hani:
It's like talking to a blank wall

Hani sighed. She just wanted a simple text to know that Ten was okay.

It had gotten to the stage where every time her phone went off she hoped and prayed that it was him. But it never was.

It was strange for Hani to go from talking to Ten every day (even if it was just to make fun of each other) to not talking at all. It made her realise how important Ten was to her and how much he had an impact on her life.

In many ways Ten had made Hani's life better: he made her feel important, wanted, needed. But now that he was gone Hani didn't know what to do...
