Upside Down

Chapter 1

  I am thinking about changing the name of my book so leave some suggestions :P

I quickly put my hair up in a ponytail, and go running out the door saying a Brief goodbye to my little sister. I quickly get on the bus and sit down in my seat. When Crystal gets on she plops down next to me sighing."What's wrong?" I question. "I am so nervous for today.." She says "I hope we are in the same Faction." She sighs again looking worried. "It's gonna be fine Crystal." I try to reassure her. But I myself am scared. I don't know what faction I would have.

Some of the ride on the bus me and Crystal talk about factions and other things that we would want to do if we had the same faction.

I hear everyone talking about the rumor of the "testing area" on the bus. the rumor says that people that are at the proper age of 16 go to the "testing area"...now that part was the true part of the rumor. But the rumor also says that those who come there become brainwashed of everything.

When we have to get off the bus I have to wake Crystal. She was sleeping almost the whole ride but I didn't want to wake her so I just sat there looking out of the window somewhat thinking about factions and the other thinking about family. What would my lil sis do when I have to choose a faction... would she go back to the adoption center... or ..... Would, would they execute her... No! I say to myself, don't think like that Charlotte!

I get up out of my seat on the bus. Slowly followed by Crystal, we walk up front and hop down on a smooth pavement.. outside there are lush green trees, Different types of flowers, tall glass buildings, everything I have imagined and more! "Okay everyone find a partner!" The instructor calls out. Quickly me and Crystal link arms and smile.

Shortly after the instructor calls out "Alright everyone have a partner?" Everyone says a brief yes and listens for further instruction... "Great!" "Alright so what we will be doing is we will be going to a hotel and you and your partner will share a room up until the day you will find out what faction you got.." "everybody got it!" He says. "Yes!" We all say.

Okay so that is going to be my shortest chapter ever in this book :P I wanted to say just because I used the word faction does not mean I am copying Divergent. But none the less it is a good book and you should check it out! I hope y'all have a AMAZING day and yep :) BYEEE!!!
