Mission-Shopping For School Part 2

January. Week 2. Day 13. Wednesday.

Warning- Minor cussing and Long chapter

Olive's Point of View

So me and Otto just got the kids ready to go school shopping for them and we are in the car on our way to target, to see if they have school clothes plus school supplies. Otto started driving to target. It was silent for about 10 minutes before I sparked a conversation with him. Or at least tried too anyway. It is around 10:30 in the morning.

''So, Otto.'' I say. ''What olive?'' He said back. ''So, uh..'' I stuttered. ''Olive, spit it out. say it.'' He said pushing me to talk. ''Um, what sizes are the kids in school clothes?'' I asked him. really olive you ask him that!? shut up!. ''oh uh, both are 4's in shirts, 5's in pants and 3's in shoes. ''Oh Okay.'' Then we both went back into the silent phase. The twins were asleep when we pulled up at target. ''Max, Maddie, wake up.'' Otto says in a small voice to them. Awe he's such a great older brother to them. He is, just think about how he would treat you if you guys were dating. Shut up inner me! Fine, but you think about it. Then my inner self disappeared but I know she will be back. You know it! Go Away! Okay. Then the twins woke up, we got them out of the car, I stayed with them until Otto got two carts to put them in.

 Which only took him like thirty seconds to do. He came back, I put max in the buggy and Otto put Maddie in the other one. I pushed Max in the buggy and Otto pushed Maddie. We went into Target and started looking around. About 10 minutes into looking around we only came across the school supply section plus book bag section. We got the twins a book bag. Max got a Spiderman one and Maddie got a Tinkerbell one. We got the school supplies. You know pencils, paper, folders, markers, crayons, colored pencils, reading books. (which me and Otto will keep at home for them). By the time we got their essentials, the twins were already out of the buggies and Otto was pushing both of the buggies, while I was holding their hand. We walked up to the cash register. It person at the register was a lady who looks like she's in her late forties, early fifties.

''Hello, how may I help you today.'' She said greeted us. ''Hi,uh I would like to purchase these Items.'' Otto said. ''Okay, put them up here, so I can scan them.'' She told Otto. ''okay'' He said and started putting the items on the checker stand. (A/N- I don't know what's it called.) an she started to ranked them up. Then she told us the total. ''Your total is 7.99.'' She said. ''okay here'' Otto said, handing her the money. 8 dollars not bad. She bagged them up. We said thanks and walked out. We put the stuff in the car, after we got the twins strapped in their car sits. We got in and Otto drove off. ''Okay,where too now?'' I asked him. ''I don't really know, now, I never school shopped for them before.'' He replied. ''Let's go check this store, I saw a week ago, while driving by.'' I said. ''Okay what's it called.'' He asked me.

 ''It's called school's N stuff.'' I responded. ''Really, what a basic ass name for a store.'' He said laughing slightly.  ''Hey, watch your mouth, your siblings do have open ears.'' I said to him. He started laughing again, I mean a full on laugh. ''What?'' I said to him.  ''Your so cute.'' He said, while laughing again. I looked away blushing. What is up with me blushing lately? ''What do you mean? I'm cute.'' I asked him. ''I mean how you sound when you said my siblings have ears, you sound so adorable when you said it. Almost in like a nerdy, cute kind of way like a baby.'' He said while still laughing. ''I do not sound like a baby.'' I said, while folding my arms and pouting. Okay maybe I do sound like a baby. ''See, your so adorable.'' He said smiling. ''I'm not adorable.'' I said blushing again. (sighs) Man I need to stop. ''Awe I got you blushing.'' He said smiling. ''No you don't.'' I say, still blushing. ''Oh yeah, then why is your face red like a tomato?'' He asked me, with a smirk on his face. 

''Oh hush up.'' I said to him, slightly embarrassed about my blushing.  ''Awe I totally get you blushing.'' He said with that same smirk on his face. By then, we pulled up at school's N stuff. ''Okay we're here. I'll go get a buggy to put the twins in.'' He said. ''Okay, and I'll get them out the car.'' I said. ''Okay'' He responded. We both get out the car, he goes to get two buggy baskets and I go to wake up the twins. Which didn't take very long, since they are light sleepers. We both put the twins into each basket and walked inside the store. Otto made sure that the car was locked before going in. We started to walk around and after about 20 minutes of looking, we got the kids school clothes and made sure they can fit them, which it did. We got them shoes to, black gym shoes. We went to the cash register person, and he rung the items up for us and then we left.

''Where now?'' I asked him. ''Lunch'' He simply said.  ''Okay.'' I responded. It was about 12:50 almost 1, when we got to McDonnal's. We went through the drive, because we were tired. We got food. And went back home. It was 1:20 when we got back to the house. I got the twins out the car, while Otto open the door. I took the twins upstairs and put them to bed. ''okay I put the twins in their room.'' I told him. ''Okay,you don't have to tell me what you do or did with them you know that right? I trust you with them, and plus I know you won't hurt them.'' He told me. Awe I feel honored. ''Yeah I know, but you never really told me about your siblings before, and your still new around me with your sibs, so I want to make sure that, you know that i won't hurt them, I know you care and love you baby sibs, and are overprotective of them.'' I told him.

He looked away, blushing.  ''Awe Do I get you blushing?'' I say to him,slightly chuckling. ''No'' He said, looking at me, while his face is really red. ''Really, then why is your face as red as a red ballon?'' I asked him, smirking. ''Because you made me blush.'' He responded looking straight into my eyes, with his red face. Well damn did not think he was gone straight up say that. ''Well I feel honored, that I made you blush.'' I said to him, blushing in embarrassment.  ''Awe are you embarrassed.'' He says teasing me, and laughing. ''Shut up!.'' I says, and playfully punch him in the arm.  ''Ow!'' He says, still laughing. After 5 minutes of laughing, he taps me. ''What?'' I said. 

''I forgot to tell you, but I have to go to work today at 3, and I'll be back at 11 tonight.'' He tells me. ''Why do you get off so late?'' I asked him. Why do I care? ''Because I took like, what two days off and plus I need to work, can't be sitting here and play with my sibs all day. I want make money for us.'' He said. Then his eyes went wide, like he just realized the mistake he made. ''I-I-I didn't mean like for me and you, I meant like for my sibs, your sibs, for all of us.'' He says, blushing in embarrassment.  You do know at first he meant us right? No he didn't, he said he didn't. Then if he didn't mean us, then why is he explaining himself. Point taken. Yes! Two points for inter mind person, and zero points for you! Shut up! Okay Goodbye. Glad she's gone. I heard that!. It was meant to be heard by you!. Shut up! You first! GoodDay!

''Oh yeah I knew that'' I said, feeling kind of sad. Why do I feel sad? ''Okay, cool. But uh I'll be back later tonight. Can you watch the twins, until I get back?'' He asked me. ''Sure, I mean they do live here.'' I said and chuckled. He chuckled back. ''Oh yeah, stupid me. Well I'm gonna go take a nap then get ready for work.'' He told me. ''Okay, I'll set your phone alarm to 2:30 for you.'' I told him.  ''Thanks your the best girlfri- I mean best friend ever.'' He said as he blushed in embarrassment, and went upstairs. I gasped. did he just almost call me his girlfriend, oh I wish, I really do wish. He call me his girlfriend. What! Olive get a grip on yourself girl. You know Otto will never like you, like that. I shook my head out of my thoughts, and set his alarm to 2:30 and went upstairs to his room and knocked on the door.  ''Come in!'' He said. I walked into his room. ''Here'' I said. ''I set your alarm clock to 2:30 for you.'' I continued. ''Thanks Liv.'' He said, grabbing it from me. Our hands slightly touched, and I might be crazy to think this, but I felt sparks, and I know he did too. Because he gasped, and looked at his hand, just like I did.

''Uh I'm gonna go take a nap in my room, so later.'' I said, running out of his room, and into mine. Now I know you felt that. I felt nothing. Really so those lighting tingles you feel in your hand are nothing right? Just chill for a while, you can talk to me later. You damn straight I am. Good now go to sleep or something. I 'm tired. Okay, night Liv. Night internal me.
