That night my sister made me sleep with her because she didn't want anything to happen to me. I kept telling her I was fine but she talked me out of it. We had finally dozed off with the sound of the clock ticking by every second. The last time I checked the clock was when it was 10:37 p.m. It had felt like I had only slept for 5 minutes when my sister woke me up by shaking me.
I slowly opened my eyes as my sister kept whispering my name. "What" I said. "Look!" She said as she pointed towards the window. I glanced at the window and noticed a muddy handprint.
"Go, go tell mom now!" I said as my heart raced. I could feel the sweat coming upon my face. Me and my sister raced downstairs to my parents room. The door was locked so both me and my sister started banging at the door
"Mom, Mom!" We said as our hands started trembling. Mom opened the door with a panicked face. "What, what's the matter?!" Mom said. "Come look" my sister said.
We all headed up to my sisters room with dad also behind us. My sisters door was closed, we didn't remember closing it. Dad slowly opened the door and it was complete darkness...
