XVIII

(Flashback is over. Back to normal.)

"Emma what were you thinking?!" Ty questioned angrily at Emma as she de-transformed of her alter ego. Here we go again.

She sighed annoyed, "Ty, stop begin over dramatic. Nothing happened. I—We are fine." She smiled sheepishly, placing her hands on top her swollen belly. Stroking it gently.

Ty shook his head side to side quickly. Getting even angrier. "Emma!" He yelled furiously.

Emma jumped surprised, shutting her mouth, he'd never raise his voice at her. Ever. Her developing mother instincts made her cover her belly with her arms. Well, what she could cover.

"Stop begin so selfish! When you magically appear at akuma attacks, you are not only putting your life at risk, you're putting our baby life at risk too!" He pounded, clenching his fists. Containing harsh words to himself.

His eyes examined her terrified face. It soften his actions and angriness. He came
closer, trying to hug her with the belly in the way.

"I just don't want anything bad to happen to you baby." Ty peck her lips and then her cheek. "Or this little guy." He chuckled, looking down to her tummy and planting a kiss on top.

She nodded slowly, walking out of the alley. Ty following close behind.

"Mommy!" A toddler gabbled.

Emma quickly spun around, a toddler smacked her leg with a hug. "I found you!" He giggled.

Ty froze, Emma blinked dumbfounded. She looked down to find a perhaps 3 year old gripping onto her leg. The toddler had dirty blonde hair and light blue eyes. He look like combination of—Emma and Ty.

"Mommy where's daddy?" The toddler nuzzled softly his face on Emma's leg, still tightly hugging her leg.

Emma and Ty exchange confused looks, no words could be formed. Then Ty kneeled down to the toddler's height, who was hiding behind Emma's leg. "Did you got lost buddy? What's your name?" He cooed, though his eyes were filled with worry and awe.

"My name is Ky Beckett Agreste. And I'm not lost swir." Ky smiled weakly, hiding  deeper onto himself Emma's leg. "Mommy is here."

Ty felt like he was swallowing an iceberg. Beckett. As in Chase Beckett. He turn to Emma who's skin was white. Her eyes looked around nervously, trying to find a different result. But they all lead to her ex-boyfriend.Chase Beckett.

The toddler narrowed his eyes at Ty. And they suddenly sparkle. "Oh, Oh! I know who you are! You somethings come home and play with me!" Ky giggled, but didn't let go of Emma's leg. "And-And daddy is always at the door watching us."

So many feelings ran around Ty's body: Frustration, anger, confusion and jealously. They all burn inside him, he tried to keep his face straight. But fail. His gaze fell onto sadness and his lips were pressed on a line.

Since, ladybug wasn't here on this fight. Some damage stayed around the city. The villain was bringing future people to the present and that's were the little guy came from. Probably.

"Mommy, I wanna go with daddy!" Ky whimpered, his eyes came puffy, they stared to tear up. Emma sighed in awe, "Alright! Alright! I'll take with daddy." She quickly picked him up and rested his head on her shoulder. Stroking his back softly to calm him down. "Don't cry buddy."

Emma and Ty exchange looks, "We'll talk later about this Ty." She smiled sheepishly and stared to walk towards the chase's apartment.
