SO
YAH SORRY
🗝🗝🗝🗝🗝

The next time Starscream wakes, he notices something is different. He moves his servos in front of him to stare at them, realizing that the restraints are missing.

He's not cold anymore, either, and he realizes with slight shock that he is layed out on his own berth.

“Good. You're awake.” Megatron walks into Starscream's new quarters. “I moved your berth and a few of your possessions into a room off my quarters so you could have a little more independence while still being under my supervision.”

The Seeker sits up slowly, staring at him in shock before looking around the small room. His desk, with a few datapads on it and his polish, an Energon storage rack, which even looked to have some high grade on it, and a case of datapad novels.

Starscream looks up at Megatron again, at a loss for words. “I did not like the thought that you feared being used in such a vulgar manner, Starscream. I did this hoping it might ease those fears a little.”

He blinks, looking around the room again in both surprise and nervousness. Megatron must have some sort of ulterior motive, he assumes. Or is expecting this to make up for his missing appendages.

“Starscream?” The warlord is actually a little put off by the Seeker's new personality. Shards of his old self come through in fleeting moments, but this Starscream is shy, tense, ashamed of himself, and quiet. The quiet is the thing that sets him apart the most. It's rather frightening, actually.

The Seeker looks up at him, a cacophonous cornucopia of clashing emotions fighting in his optics. “Y-yes, Lord M-Megatron..?” He trembles slightly, looking away quickly again.

The warlord narrows his optics slightly, wishing not for the first time that he hadn't ruined the mech by tearing off his wings. “What are you thinking about?”

Shaking his helm, the Seeker shrugs slightly, his optics drifting to the datapads. “Why are you being so… kind?”

“I am not being 'kind,’ Starscream. What you want is to die, so I am not letting you.” Megatron shrugs. “Speaking of which, I have more Energon for you.”

The Seeker tenses, shrinking back into the berth. “Are you going to strike me again?”

Megatron shakes his helm as he walks forward. “Not if you drink it.”

He sits on the edge of Starscream's berth, holding out the blue cube. “I don't want it.” The smaller mech has his wingless back pressed against the wall as he trembles.

Megatron simply grabs him by the shoulder, dragging him close enough to take the Energon. Starscream yelps in fear and starts to struggle. “Just drink it, you pathetic mech.”

The Seeker clamps his mouth shut. He does not want to live. Not without his wings. Megatron tightens his grip on his shoulder, denting the thin armour. “Drink. It.” He presses the cube against the mech's lip plating.

Starscream struggles, whimpering in pain as his shoulder is squeezed. “I don't want it-mmmph!” When his mouth opens to speak, Megatron tips the cube, pouring Energon down the mech's throat cables. The Seeker starts sobbing as the warlord removes his servo. “Why won't you just let me join the All-Spark?”

“Do you really think you of all mechs would be allowed to join the All-Spark?” Megatron stands regally, leaving the room. “Honestly, Starscream. I'm saving you from the Pit.”

“I'm already in the pit thanks to you!” He cries louder, curling into a ball on his berth.

Megatron locks the door before leaning against the wall on the other side, fighting the guilt stabbing at his spark as Starscream starts crying out in Seeker. “I have to find somebot who understands that language…”

😭😭😭😭😭

It's too short... I know. But I just...
My friend is having.. a bad period and it's hard.. to like, story formulate..

So if Starscream seems extra suicidal in the next few chappies there is a reason...

If you pray... Please pray for my friend to understand that she isn't alone..

I don't think I could keep writing if she ever actually succeeded... In what she was trying..

Update, she's... In a safe place where she'll most likely get better.
Also apparently my shock also... Well obviously, made me miss a few things. Any other books with time skips that leave out important things, let me know?
