Whats happening to me?

(Mc= main character or whatever character name, and pov is point of view. There are spoilers, and a possible tw for later in the story. This takes place right after Lusamine goes into the ultra beasts world, and I'm not sure how long the chapters will be. Hope you like the story :))

'Him. Of all people, him. Why am I writing this? My mental health isn't the best right now, so of course Lily tried to help and suggest a journal. Well here it is. I never thought I'd be thinking, (or writing) this. I can admit though it's a weakness, I do care about certain people. Like lily, and in return I felt bad about leaving. That was standing in my way. But after mother went into the demons world, I realized, people like lily, mc, and hau care about me. I have the friends I never did have. This alone is bad enough. But of course, him. Yes, him. Hau. I just... can't understand him. When everything goes to hell he just smiles and takes it head on. He never thinks anything through, but always gets his way. There's just something about him that's different to me, or, he's different to me. His laid back attitude, his goofy smirk, the way it impossibly seems like he genuinely cares about me. Who could? Not even I can.'
My hands started trembling as they do when pressured. Whats happening to me? I could hear my own pulse growing louder, a sign I was in fact still alive.
