Before I go

Chapter 5~ The Night of the Party

Me and Jovani were heading inside my house and once we entered I saw my baby sister crawling on the floor. I picked it up and gave her a kiss on her small forehead.
    "Hey, we found her by the door." I told my new mother. She looked up and saw Jovani standing next to me.
    "Just take her to her room. If your going out with this guy then go but come back before 1 ok." She told me.
   Huh, that was weird. She didn't care if I went out or if I had a boyfriend. Oh no, she's one of those adopted parents who don't care about the adopted kids and only care about getting money.
    "Okay yeah I will. Bye." I told her. She was busy doing her work.
     We headed outside after we put my baby sister in her room.

*Arrived at the party *
There was a lot of people from school at the party. It was in Issac's house, so actually a ton of people were at the party since he's really popular at school. Me and Jovani headed inside for a drink.
    "Omg Jovani they have Jell-O shots. Let's go get some." I told him all excited. He smiled at me and followed.
"What? Why are you making that face at me?" I asked him all curious.
    "It's just that I wouldn't think that your a type of person who goes to parties and eats Jell-O shots." He told me looking straight at my eyes.
    "Well what if I am the type of person who does? Hey, your the one who invited me to come, so your drinking with me or not?" I told him giggling. I was already feeling dizzy with the yummy jello.
    "No im going to take care of you. Come on let's sit outside by the bomb fire." Jovani told me while grabbing my hand.
    We walked outside and I almost fell on someone. Jovani grabbed my waist and hold me tighter. I felt butterflies in my stomach and my head spinning.
     "You ok?" Jovani asked me still holding onto me.
    "Mmhmm. Yup of course I'm ok." I told him really fast. My head started to hurt. I didn't have too much but I had enough for a headache.
     Everyone was singing a song together and they were playing with instruments. I wasn't feeling well so I leaned on Jovani and hold his hand.
     Jovani looked at me and smiled. We didn't talk until it was time to go.
     "Hey, did you had fun?" He asked me, helping me getting inside of the car. I guess he wanted me to have a good time with him.
     I nodded and put on my seatbelt. I felt my eyes closing and my head leaning back on the passenger seat. Soon I fell asleep in Jovani's car.
