A/N: [Akuma attacks mentioned in this chapter— Princess Fragrance. If you have not watched this episode, I suggest you do.]

My apologies— this chapter was a bit rushed due to chores and work at school that needed to be sorted out.

Plagg glared at me with folded arms even after I'd apologised for making him witness my attachment to Marinette the night before. I realised that my Kwami could still see what I was doing through my eyes and felt immediately humiliated.

"I know that you're irritated with me," I sighed defeatedly, making the tie of my suit right, "but what do you want me to say about yesterday night?"

"Say that you'll never do something like that again," Plagg spat, floating towards the plate of Camembert near my bed.

I thought back to when I pinned Marinette's hands next to her head or when she breathed my name; the taste of her kiss— sweet and delicious— added to the sound of her soft whimpering as I moved over her; and her eyes glittering in pleasure just before she unclasped her bra... My Miraculous just had to interrupt us.

"I can't promise that I'll never do it again," I admitted, fixing up my hair, "after Prince Ali's Party, I'm going to go to the Bakery again to see Marinette and I'm going to tell her my feelings."

We had spoken about confessing my identity to Marinette. Plagg refused obviously, but I kept asking because I knew that she was the person I wanted to be with for the rest of my life. I could not just keep chasing Ladybug— she'd reject me like she always did. Marinette loved me for me, both Adrien and Chat. I wanted her to be mine, not Nathaniel's or Théo's— she was my princess and I wanted her to know it.

Showing Marinette my identity would prove to her how much she means to me... then we could get married, live together, have three kids—

"You really love her don't you?" Plagg interrupted my thoughts.

"More than you love Camembert."

A sparkly twinkle appeared in Plagg's eyes as if he finally understood. He nodded his head and flew into my suit's blazer. I was grateful for him giving in to my reasoning, until Plagg asked a horrifying question:

"Why do you have condoms in your pocket?"

Chloe forced me to sit next to her at the dining table opposite Prince Ali and Rose. We were sitting in a large ballroom in the hotel where many people were chatting around a lengthy, rectangular table. Major Bourgeois was talking to a reporter about Prince Ali and the 'mysterious girl' that was sitting next to him.
