The year is 2100, scientists and technology experts have now developed a way to predict the exact moment when you meet your soulmate. When you're born a clock gets implanted on your wrist. On the day of your 16th birthday the clock starts counting down until the moment you meet your soulmate. Now thanks to the scientists there's no more guessing if they like you back or if they're really right for you. No more dating and heartbreaks, just one person you will spend the rest of your life with.
Sounds great right? Well not everybody thinks so, some try to cover it, some try to have it removed, and others would just rather not have it be there. Some people would rather have it be a normal experience. A moment where they meet the true you and not someone you try to be because you know it's the day your soulmate.
I mean sure there are some people that couldn't be happier about this advancement. They like the idea about not having to date and have their heart broken numerous times before they meet their actual soulmate. No more divorces, no more dating between people when they're too young. Just one person you get to spend the rest of your life with.
