It has been a month now since Soxy left us and I still feel guilty. I sat on the table and watched as Em talked to her mother. It was 1:00 and something her mother did caught my attention.
"Mum can I have a tomato?"
Em asked. I don't know how it didn't catch Em's attention that her mother had handed her a hot chilli. I let out a small purr of amusement then Em gulped it down. Then she got out of her chair and started yelling.
"M-milk-k q-q-u-ick!"
Her mother let out a laugh as she poured some milk and got out a biscuit and handed it to Em. I let out another purr before padding away.
I walked outside into the garden and settled down. Maddy came up to me.
"Hi Reggie have you heard the news?"
I look at her confused. Then she replied with.
"We're moving again! Mum says it's because she wants a change of scenery and since this place has some bad memories to forget about."
Forget?! How can i just forget about my brother! I got up and ran of down the garden.
