Leo and Calypso, The Beginning

Reunited

*Calypso*

Yes!! Leo is coming back! thought Calypso as she cleaned up her cave. Over the past month, she had been able to make a new dinning table to replace the one Leo broke.

He showed how to make things out of wood while he was here. She made a dining table, and chairs to go with it.

But there was still one problem that she was upset with. She had no idea how long it would take Leo to get here.

She wants him here so bad she misses him so much. She knew one thing for certain though.

He's coming back for her.

*Leo*

After Zeus left and everyone shut their eyes, the navigation bad beeped a second time after a few minutes.

Leo was the first to open his eyes. He was just so excited to see if they had arrived at Ogygia.

But he was disappointed. They were still in the air.

Styx, thought Leo as he looked around at everyone, with their eyes open too and looking confused.

"Uh, Leo? Your the one who got us here, so, where the Hades are we?" said Annebeth, looking slightly pissed.

"We are above Ogygia. Maybe not above above but way above," said Leo proudly.

Annebeth rolled her eyes.

Finally the boat stopped. Leo looked at his surroundings. Of course all he saw was sky and clouds. If he looked down he saw nothing.

"What are we doing? Why are we stopped?" asked Jason curiously.

"All I know is that this isn't Ogygia," said Percy still a little nervous.

I bet he is nervous to see Calypso again, thought Leo. "Ya, I agree with you Percy."

Suddenly the boat plummeted. Everyone was screaming, except Leo. He knew what was happening. They were going to Ogygia.

*Calypso*

Calypso has been waiting on the beach for hours. She was sitting at her dinning table.

She would tap in morse code I love you over and over again. It was something Leo also taught her.

She was looking out over the ocean. The ocean had come tired of looking at cause she saw everyday for millennia.

She suddenly heard screaming. Leo? was her first thought. But the screaming sounded more like a lot of people not one person.

She saw a big shadow out in the open seas. She looked up and saw a big, brown, wooden ship falling from the sky.

She noticed writing on the side.

It said Argo II.

*Leo*

Leo suddenly started to see an island in the distance.

OGYGIA!! He thought, as the Argo II made its way closer to the island below.

Everyone was still screaming as the air whipped past Leo's ears. He wished he could forward time and just land!!

SPLASH!!! The boat had landed in the water about 20 meters from shore.

Everyone was crouched on the deck and slowly rising to look at their surroundings. As Leo looked past the railing, he saw an island with white sand, plush palm trees and crystal clear water surrounding it.

He scanned the shore for Calypso. He then spotted something peculiar. It was a dining table with chairs and there was someone sitting in it staring at the boat.

"Calypso," whispered Leo as he stared back in awe.

*Calypso*

SPLASH!!!!

Calypso looked up from the table to see a boat had landed in the water. There were about demigods on it. How did she know they were demigods? Only demigods can come to Ogygia.

The one in the front looked strangely familiar. He had shaggy brown hair and wore a yellowish shirt with a tool belt around his waist. He was staring right at her. He stood there for a few seconds before yelling something to the others. A few started to rush around the deck.

A few minutes later someone who had black shaggy hair, who also looked familiar, came back with a small wooden boat. The demigod in the front took it from him stared to climb in. The boy with the black shaggy hair stayed on the Argo II.

The boy in the small boat started to row to shore. Then something weird happened, the boy with the black hair started to controls the water and the boat started to rush towards the shore on a wave!

Calypso stared in awe as the boy approached at a fast speed. Finally, after what seemed what liked forever, the boat reached shore. Calypso wanted to see who this mysterious, familiar boy is.

He stepped out quickly staring at her in awe. As she stared back she started to slowly walk towards him. She stared at him trying to remember who he is. He slowly stared to walk towards her, and by the look on his face he remembered her every though she didn't remember him.

Who is he? Why does he look familiar? she thought as she stared back at him.

Finally it hit her who the strange, yet familiar boy is.

"Leo!!!!!!" she cried as tears ran down her face as she rushed towards him to hug him.

*Leo*

Calypso stared back him. He was nervous she wouldn't remember him.

But when she burst into tears, cried his name and ran towards him, relief fell over him. He ran towards her wanting his arms around her and the gab between them to be gone.

When he felt her soft lips touch his, he was shocked but kissed her back with passion in an instant. He has been longing for her kiss for 4 months. When she pulled away she had tears running down her cheek. He reached a hand up and wiped them away.

"I thought you'd never come," she said through sobs.

"I would never break a promise."

She smiled back and hugged him. Leo lead her towards the small boat. When they were almost there, Calypso stopped abruptly.

"What's wrong?" asked Leo nervously.

"I...I can't leave"

"Yes you can."

Calypso nodded, took a deep breath and slowly walked towards the boat. When her and Leo were in the boat, Percy made the boat leave Ogygia.

Nothing happened. No lightning, no loud thunder showing Calypso can't leave. Yes, Calypso can leave with me, thought Leo as he stared at her beauty.

*Calypso*

As she climbed aboard the Argo II, she recognized the boy with the black shaggy hair and sea green eyes. It was Percy Jackson.

"Hello Percy," said Calypso as she smiled at him.

Percy looked down at his feet. "Hello Calypso," he said, sounding upset.

I wonder why he is upset, thought Calypso. Oh right, he didn't set me free.

Calypso looked around at everyone as Leo came up from behind and put his hand is hers. It felt right to have his hand there.

She has been waiting forever for this day to come. They smiled at each other as the Argo II sailed into the sky

Yes, I'm finally with my Leo, thought Calypso.
