Sit in an empty tree
know the piney breeze
you may be alone now
but in the silence I freeze.
Your sweet home in the field
Will keep you sound, safe.
I will be well also -
Just be sure that you are brave.
If the night is too dark,
I beg you don't go,
Yet better, light a flame
to burn darkness, your foe.
I will find my way home,
at that rest assured,
Fight the cold and the wind, I will.
Until your soul is cured.
