"Why are we going to court dad" Jason asked. "It's a custody battle between me and let's just say my ex husband" I said. "What are you battling over" Jason asked. "On who Zara gets to live with" I said. "Why isn't she here going to the court with us" Jason asked. "She already met with the judge and the judge has the final say on who she lives with" I said.

Once Jason and I got to the court house reports with mindless questions crowded around Jason and I. I could tell Jason was having a anxiety attack due to all the reporters around him. So I picked him up and I walked faster with him in my arms.

"Mr.Styles come this way" Laurence said. I picked up Jason and we walked into the court room. Little did I know that me mum was sitting right behind me.

"Mum what are you doing here" I asked. "Well I wanted to see this little battle for my own two eyes and do you want me to take Jason" mum said. I nodded "thanks mum and I just want to be home with my Nialler and Ty who Is sick with the flu and the fact that I'm pregnant with your granddaughter" I said. "I understand and I am here for you" mum said. I hugged her and sat down.

Looking over I saw Louis sitting with his lawyers discussing nonsense. Every now and then he would always glance at me. I didn't bother looking at him.

"All rise" the sheriff said. Everyone stood up. The judge walked in and sat down and so did everyone else.

"Today we are holding a custody battle between Louis William Tomlinson and Harry Edward Styles-Horan first is Team Styles Horan please state your case" Kerrie said. My lawyer stood up and started talking.

"Your honor my client Mr.Styles wants full custody of Zara Jasmine Tomlinson the reason why he wants full custody is because he believes that he and will be the best choice for the child. He will love and protect her from people like this and my client also said that Zara can visit her other father Louis on the weekends that is my statement your honor" Matt said. Matt sat down and I looked back at my mum and my sleeping son.

It was now time for Louis lawyers to tell there statements on why he should get full custody and I could tell he wanted to cry. But for me I didn't show any emotions.

"Your honor my client Louis William Tomlinson wishes to have custody of his daughter Zara because he is the biological father of the child and will care for the child no matter what" Shawn said. I rolled my eyes with annoyance.

"Excuse me may I say something Zara should be living with my client because my client will take care and has the proper medical insurance and financial rate other than this fraud that doesn't care about the child" Matt said.

I crooked my head to the right and saw Louis was balling and that he knew what Matt was saying was true. I knew I won I knew I did.

"I have came to my decision and it is that I say that Mr.Styles-Horan shall have full custody of the child and Mr.Tomlinson you get the child on weekends" Kerrie said. "Case dismissed" hitting the gavel.

I stood up and walked over to Louis. "Congrats you got Zara" Louis said. "You get her on weekends" I said. "Tell Z that I love and miss her ok" Louis said. I nodded and I walked over to Anne and Jason. "You got Zara" mum said. Kissing my cheek.

"Can we GO home now dad" Jason said. I nodded and him and i headed home.

Once we got home tears raced down my face full of excitement. "Niall NIALL NIALL" I yelled. "Yes babe" Niall said. "Zara is ours we won" I said. His lips smashed on mine. "That's great news love" Niall said. "How's Ty" I asked. "He's up stairs sleeping" Niall said. I walked upstairs with Jason in my arms going into his and Ty's room.

"Let's put some Jammie's on you Jason" I said. I picked out some Thomas the train pjs and he put those on. Tucking him in I kissed his head and walked over to his brother.

Rubbing Tyler's back he moved a little in my touch. His little eyes opened. "Hey little man" I said. "Hi daddy" Tyler said. "How are you feeling little man" I asked. "Hot" Tyler said. "Did daddy N give you any water" I asked. He nodded and pointed to his empty cup. I got up and walked to his mini fridge that the twins share. "I'm guess you want more water" I said. He nodded and I filled his cup. Feeling his head he was burning up still so I turned on his fan. And I gave Jason the winter blankets because Jason might get cold over night. "Goodnight babies" I said. Kissing there heads.
