I smiled down at the sleeping boy I love. Last night was one of the best nights of my entire life and I wouldn't trade it for the world.

I haven't told Calum about everything that's been go in on lately. I feel like shit and I hate lying but I can't tell him.

I got a job in Los Angeles. Some type of music career and I have to stay down there for 4 months. I already agreed to do it and there's no going back. I want to tell Calum because in 2 weeks I have to go. I can't bring myself to tell him. I can't bring myself to hurt him like that. Again.

I just got Calum back and theres no way I'm going to let him slip through my fingers. Ashton and Luke know already and they won't hop off my ass about it.

Calum started to stir and looked up at me and smiled. "Hey Mikey" he said and grabbed my hand to play with my fingers. "Hey baby"

He kissed my chest and laid his head down on it. We stayed silent for a little while until he got up. "Where are you going?" I asked. "Shower"

"Can I come with?"

After the shower we sat in the living room. Okay I'm gonna tell him. I'm gonna do it.

"Hey baby?" I asked. He looked up from his phone. "What's up?"

I sighed and ran a hand through my hair. "I uh-" I can't do this. "I love you" I blurted out. Shit.

"I love you too silly" he laughed. I forced a smiled and kisses his head. I need to tell him. I have 2 more weeks in Australia and I'm not gonna see him for 4 months.

About that time, Ashton and Luke walked in, happy as always. "Hey guys" Ashton said. Calum greeted them and so did I. Soon they sat on the other couch and were giggling as always. "So Ashton fell in front of so many people" Luke said, taking off his jacket.

"What happened?" I laughed. Luke looked at Ashton and Ashton explained to us how it was rainy and slippery and he tripped over his own feet into a puddle.

The room filled with laughter. "Ashton you're stupid" I said. Calum laid his head on my shoulder and giggled.

"It wasn't my fault!" He defended. The rest of the day was spent with me, Luke, Ashton and Calum laughing and telling stories. I wish it could always be like this but it cant. I have to leave for 4 months. I hate this so much.

I love Calum more than anything. Of course I don't want to leave him but I need this job desperately. I can only make a call once a month and I'm so scared. What if he finds someone new?

What if he hates me? Or loses my love? 4 calls in 4 months. I don't want to tell him but I know I should.
"Mikey?" Calum said. "You zoned out babe" he chuckled. "Yeah, sorry" I said.

He laid his hand on my back and rubbed it there, calming me. "You okay? You've been acting weird lately" he said.

"Michael did you tell him about the job in-" Luke hit Ashtons chest, causing him to groan. I looked at Calum and he looked at me and laughed. "Job? What?"

"It's nothing really" I shook it off.

"Michael you need to tell him" Luke said. Calums smile faded and looked at me again. "Mikey what's going on?"

Luke and Ashton got up to go to Ashton room which left me and Calum alone. "Calum please don't be mad-"

"Mikey you're scaring me" he said. "I got a uh- I got a job in Los Angeles" I said. I hid my face in my hands and I felt tears coming. I looked but at Calum and he sat there staring at the ground. "How long have you known?" He asked quietly.

"About a month" he quickly got up.

"A month and you didn't tell me?!" He yelled. I saw tears roll down his face and he folded his arms over his chest.
"When do you leave?" He whispered.

"2 weeks" I said. He nodded and looked down. "I wanted to tell you Calum, I really did but I was scared" I said. "It's like a music career and it's something I want." He looked up at me. His eyes were red from the tears and he shook his head.

"You want to leave me?!" He yelled. "Baby no please, no that's not what I meant. I just, I want us to be happy, and I'll get alot of money" I said, my hands went to his waist. "Michael why didn't you just tell me?" He whispered.

"I was scared" I leaned my forehead on his and laced our fingers together together. "How long?"

"4 months" I said. "I'll be back before you know it baby" I kissed his forehead before leaning my head back on it.

"I also can only call you once a month" I said. He cried harder and buried his face in my neck. "I'm so sorry baby" I whispered in his ear.

"When do you leave again?" He mumbled. "2 weeks"

"Then hold me like youre leaving tomorrow"
