As Ty entered the house the scent of his cologne followed behind him. He smelled like Sean John and boy did he smell delicious. Even though I hardly knew him, he was willing to be my shoulder to cry on for the moment.

Me: Can I get you something to drink?

Ty: Yeah, what do you have? *taking off jacket*

Me: spit *laughing* Im kidding; we got soda, juice, water.

Ty: I see you got jokes but juice me.

*pouring juice in two cups*

Me: What?

Ty: What happen today at lunch with that guy?

Me: Well a few weeks ago, I dropped a bomb on that guy and my friends.

Ty: What kinda bomb?

Me: I'm pregnant

Ty: Oh word? And that guy is

Me: the father but unfortunately we aren't together anymore

Ty: so he's a runner?

Me: Yes.

*Ty shakes head*

Me: You find out who the real men are when you tell them its a baby on the way.

Ty: Well if it was me, I would support you every step of the way. Cater to your body, make you feel comfortable and relaxed

Me: Awww, it's nice to know your kind still exist.

*I start to cry*

Me: *sniffing* I just can't do this anymore. I deserve so much better and now...

Ty: Its not your fault Nat, I'm sure that guy will come to his senses. He's just being an ass hole now but that's what some niggas do, they run before they see how things play out but its just the inner bitch in us all. *lifts my face* give it some time.

Got to admit, Ty was right. That sounded like something Kels would say if she was here. He gave me something to think about but if it was meant to be then it will be right? I had washed my hands with the situation for now, better things needed my attention and JJ's foolishness was not one.
