Chapter 25

I was standing there minding my own beeswax, and there stands my worst enemy, my biggest nightmare.

"Luke!!" I yelled running out of the bathroom.

"What?" He asked panicked dropping his phone in his face. I would have laughed if this wasn't a life or death situation.

"In the bathroom!" I yelled. 

"What is it?"

"A sp-spider." I stuttered.

"Seriously." Luke said flatly going to kill the monster. He walked out with it in a cup.

"What the flying hockey puck!? Why didn't you kill it?! EW!" I scream as it's legs twitch and he walks closer. I sprint out of the room and down the stairs.  I could hear Luke laughing upstairs.
"Asshole." I muttered

"I heard that!" Luke said coming down the stairs.

"Good." I said crossing my arms.

"It's a bug that's like a million times smaller than you." Luke laughed.

"Shut up."

"Your twenty-six and your still terrified of spiders?" He asked laughing.

"They are disgusting and creepy. And quit laughing be for I punch you." I roll my eyes.

"Momma!!" I heard Madelyn yell.

"Please tell me the creature is gone."

"Yes it is." He said before heading upstairs. I walked to Maddy's room and Luke was in their already.

"Oh my god!" I exclaimed.

"What?" Luke asked as I walked over to him.

"She's gonna be one in two weeks! Ugh I want my little baby back."

"Yea and that means you will be Mrs. Bryan in two months."

"Can't wait." I smile.

"Let's go out tonight." Luke smiled pulling me into a hug.

"Who will watch Maddy?" I asked.

"Riley could. Cole could. I bet your sister will. Or we can find a last minute baby sitter."

"I'll call Riley." Luke nodded. I went to call her and she picked up crying.

E- Riley why the hell are you crying?!

R- Can- you please come- over?

E- I will be right there. What's going on?

R- Just hurry up.

I hung up and slipped my phone in my pocket and stood up.

"I need to go to Riley's.  I'll be back in a while." I turned to Luke.

"Everything all right?" Luke asked as I ran down the stairs.

"Riley is crying and just wants me over there. She won't tell me what's up."

"Does Michael have any clue what's going on?" Luke asked as I slipped my boots on.

"Hell if I know. I will be back after awhile. I love you guys."

"I love you too baby." Luke kissed my head and I was out the door.

"Riley. Where are you?" I asked as I walked in. 

"Bathroom!" She yelled sniffling.

"What's up?" I asked going into the bathroom. I saw a pregnancy test siting on the counter.
"Riley.."
