I was on a walk with Papyrus since it was my break time and Sans was doing his job at Grilby's. It was nice and cold outside and Papyrus was telling a story, "And then Muffet knocked the honey out of my hand on accident from laughing so hard." He ended the story before sighing dreamily. I felt my heart pound and I couldn't take it anymore, "Papyrus, I really like you." I blurted out, he stared at me before laughing. "I'm sorry Rileigh but I think of you as a sister, I love Muffet." Just in time Ink appeared from a portal and stood in front of Papyrus. "Come Papyrus you're making the universe unbalanced, Sans is already there but you must go back to even it." Papyrus followed Ink and with a final look over their shoulder the two were gone.
I sighed and let Papyrus's words wash over me. Feeling sad, I walked to Grilby's since my break was over, it's gonna suck since Sans is still roaming around. When I entered Grilby's and hung up my coat I noticed that everyone was quiet and sober. "What's the matter everyone?" Everyone hung their heads and Monster Teen spoke up, "Happy Sans left and now we're left with angry Sans."
I went over to him and placed my hand on his head, "I'm sad too but since there's still evil here that means something good will even it out, there's a yin for every yang we just need to find it." I wrapped my arms around him and everyone cheered. "What a touching reunion." I heard the evil sneer of Chara, "And I thought you were gone for good what a shame." I turned around at looked at the bloated woman, "Where's your husband? Cheating on more women?" Her gaze went distant before she spoke, "You're right Rileigh, he has been doing that to me."
I frowned and took her hand, leading us both out of Snowdin and into Waterfall. I stopped when I reached the whispering flowers, as I called them. I sat Chara on a stump before sitting on the ground in front of her. "I hope we can set aside our differences and become friends." I stuck my hand out and after some hesitation she took my hand and shakes it, "Agreed." The rest of the day me and Chara sat there in Waterfall telling stories and discussing things, until..."Chara why are you hanging around this bitch."
It was Sans and a scary aura was surrounding him. Chara looked scared and that's when I noticed the bruising on her arms and face. I stood in front of Chara with my arms out wide, "I won't let you touch her Sans!" His white pinprick eyes disappeared and his left eyes was glowing red. He started to laugh and as he lifted his arm up bones rose into the air, "Now I'll kill you once and for all, Rileigh." He sneered and I got into a fighting stance.
