Chapter 6

The Night of Homecoming...

Aiden Power.

I just don't get it with Isabella every time I try to approach her but she keeps running away.

My inner wolf is weak and sad about her. We both just want to wrap our arms around her. Nonetheless it's killing us slowly. I just want to be with her. But she's going with Chris the star basketball player.  Every time I see them together I just want to shift and tear him to shreds but I can't since. I can't risk my pack being killed. My dad and mom are trying to plan what to do next. Meaning war may be coming save our existence or the werewolves. Whoever the hunters are I hope their watching us. I mean we have done nothing wrong. Yet we're still being targeted and still being killed. It's not our fault we were born like this. It was more of gift or a curse.

But all I see sometimes is a risk on what your heart tell you.

And I think that's what happening with Isabella she doesn't want to risk following her heart. Nor does she want to accept it.

I put on my tux and fix my hair and glance at myself at mirror. Sorry Isabella but you will be mine whether you like it or not.

I drove to hotel, the vale took my car to the parking lot.  I walked around looking for Isabella. Her scent was hard to find though.

It had been already an hour and I still can't find her.

Isabella Power.

We were an hour late to dance because Hailey and her date arrived late to dinner. But we made it and we dance and slow danced. My brothers were of course at the dance making sure Chris and I wouldn't make out or look sneaky. James was at the entrance and Jack was at the refreshments area. Will was with his date but some where making out with her.

It's funny how they can get away with it but I can't because they think I'm naive or something. Brothers what can do with them except love them.

If mom and dad were alive mom would have back but probably not dad.

I remember when I went to preschool I was playing with a boy and when dad was going to pick me up. He saw me with a boy and flipped out. He quickly ran to me and pick me up and put me in my car seat. Mom was mad at dad saying he needed to calm down.  But all dad could say was she's my only daughter and she is the most precious flower you could've of give me. Mom would just sigh and rubbed his back and tell him she will always be our little angel. Even on birthday parties dad wouldn't allow boys to the party unless they were family. I loved my parents and my brothers even though they were annoying. I was always their little angel and princess in their eyes.

Soon I was getting thirsty so I decided to go get a drink. I told Chris I would be  right back.

I was walking towards the refreshments till someone grab my arm and covered my mouth.

I was taken inside a room in the hotel.

"What the hell!" I yelled. I turn around and it was Aiden. "Isabella I can explain I-" said Aiden but I cut him off and slapped him in the face.

"No you can't explain why did you kidnapped me?" I yelled. "I had to see again why are you denying your feelings for me?" Cried Aiden.

"I don't know what your talking about." I said. "Yes you do a couple of weeks ago you and I had a special moment what happen?" Asked Aiden.  I rolled my eyes. "People change Aiden you were just a phase to me." I said.

Aiden looked hurt but for some reason I don't feel bad for him. "Wow really I was just a phase to you." Said Aiden.

"Yes now if you excuse me I have to get back to my date." I said.

But Aiden was in my way and I was starting to lose my patience with him. Sorry my dear brothers but this Alpha needs to be taught a lesson. I took out a small silver dagger out. Aiden was shocked that I had a weapon.

"Isabella where did you get that?" Stutter Aiden. I twirled the dagger around my finger. And gave a cute laugh. "Hahaha you it's funny how monsters like yourselves even exist." I say and quickly scratch him with my dagger. Aiden let out a small scream due to the silver burning his skin. "Your a hunter?" Gasped Aiden. "Yeah I have been since birth yet sadly my parents were killed by you monsters." "Let this be a warning to you if you ever come near I won't hesitate to kill you." I said and with I walked out and slammed the door.
