Micheal has ben in this dream realm for about a month now and in the real world doctors contemplate over his lessening brain waves wondering how to tell the family it'd be in there best interest to cut him off life support. They come up with the way they think best which is to tell the family how it is and the chance of hope they have they say that his state is deteriorating as he gets further into the dream realm and his chances are at below 50 percent. The family takes this really well and tell doctors if it's best and will end the suffering for him do it. The doctors do take him off the life support that day and this is what it was like for him. He crashed his bike and died.
