Luke's POV
"Sooooo... What were you doing across the hall. We're you making out with someone? What's her name? Is she pretty? Tell me! Tell me! Tell me!"
Calum spams me with questions.
"No. Her name is Lily and...yes... She is extremely pretty. I like her a lot."
Calum comes to my side and pokes me repeatedly.
"When you gonna ask her out Lujey-Pooky? Huh? When? When? Tell me! Tell me! Tell me!"
He hops up and down in excitement.
"Geeez! Calm down Cal. I don't know. I don't think that she likes me back. We're just friends. Really good friends... I don't want to risk my friendship by asking her out."
"Oh! C'mon Luke! You gotta try! C'mon!!! Please?!"
"When did you become interested in my life Cal? Especially my love life."
"Last night when you came home from her room across the hall. It was soooooooooo romantic. I-"
Suddenly he stops and his face grows red.
"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!" He screams.
"I'm turning into a girl!!!!"
He runs around crazily, screaming and knocking a lamp over.
"Cal! Calm down! You're still a boy! You're not turning into a girl!!!"
Cal stops.
"Phew! That was close." He wipes his forehead. I chuckle.
"You're such a baby Calum."
Calum's cheeks grow red.
He puts up a finger and places a hand on his waist.
He wags his finger. "Oh no you did-nt."
"Oooooh. Sassy too. Package deal. Sassy baby. In stores now. Diapers sold separately." I advertise.
"LUKE!!!" Calum chases me.
I laugh.
After a while we sit down on the couch.
Silence surrounds us as we sit there, breathing heavily.
"Soooo... When you gonna ask her out?"
I groan.
"Fine! I'll ask her out tomorrow... Okay?"
"Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyy!"
"Shut up... Or else I won't."
Calum covers his mouth and gives me the thumbs up.
I laugh.
But behind that laugh I was thinking...
'I am so screwed.'
