Chapter 2: The Unfortunate Annihilation

As mentioned in chapter 1 that Kaidara was the shogun, Kaidara ordered Raikitchi and Johnathan to kill Raidara and Raidara's family for Raidara is planning on overthrowing Kaidara and become the new shogun however the both of them will be branded as traitors by the world for they will kill their own flesh and blood and their last request from Kaidara was to protect their younger brothers, Kai and Johnny, from any harm.

Raikitchi killed his clan while Johnathan was using teleportation and is trying to kill Raidara to keep their identity hidden while their killing against their own will just for peace.

Raidara: How dare you enter this hideout!! For that I will kill you!!

Johnathan: I'm sorry Nis-san but this is the only way for peace

Raidara: I don't care about peace the only thing I care about is power and killing Kaidara!!

While Raikitchi was to busy killing Raidara, Johnny saw Johnathan killing other Uchihas

Johnny: Brother what are you doing ?

Johnathan: Johnny? What are you doing here?

Johnny: Brother why are you killing the others of our family?

Johnathan: Sorry Johnny for this... Illusion!!!

Johnny: Ahhhhhhh!!!!

Johnathan could no longer kill anymore Uchihas for Ther was no more left and it almost killed him feeling guilty for killing the Uchihas.

Kai saw Raikitchi killing the other Uchihas

Kai: Nis-san how could you do this to them?

Raikitchi: My foolish younger brother... Illusion: Bloody Death

After Both Raikitchi and Johnathan killed the Uchihas and put an illusion on their younger brothers, They decided to join the " Vanishers " to hide themselves in the shadows and still protect the world by keeping a close eye on the organization known as the "Vanishers" whom is planning for the apocalypse of the multiverse.
