(Y/N)'s POV-

Why did I have to twist my ankle running away from (F/N)... they were trying to get me to confess to my crush the one and only Mikan Tsumiki.

I couldn't help that I had a crush on Mikan she is just so cute, the way she's so shy, the way she smiles the way her voice sounds... She's perfect.

~Flash Back~

"P-Please f-forgive me!! I-I'm so sorrryyyyy!" I heard a familiar voice cry out, it was Mikan. "Who would forgive an ugly pigbarf like you?!" I heard another I knew oh so well... Hiyoko was bullying Mikan again. Doesn't Hiyoko know when to stop?!?! Give the poor girl a break!

"I'm s-sorrryyyy!!!" Mikan broke out into tears. At this point I rushed over to them both to see what was going on and also to save Mikan from the bully Hiyoko. As soon as I got there I saw Mikan in an awkward position... oh boy.

I blushed slightly and thought to myself how does she always end up like that, it's so weird. Anyways I went over to Mikan and helped her up and gave her a small smile as well.

"T-Thank you (Y-Y/N)." Mikan said looking at the floor shyly. "Haha!! The pigbarf has crush!" I heard Hiyoko say smirking. I gave her a death glare and opened my mouth to say something but she ended up running away bursting into tears.

I guess I scared Hiyoko away... I looked back over to Mikan and smiled again. "If you ever need help from me again just come to me okay, Mikan?" I say now grinning.

"O-Okay t-thank you s-so much (Y-Y/N). Oh a-and if you n-n-need help c-come to m-me!" Mikan says stuttering but also flashed a cute little smile. I couldn't help the blush that suddenly crept on my face. Mikan didn't notice my blush thank god! She walked out of the room waving to me as I waved back.

~Flash Back End~

I was now in the school's infirmary all thanks to (F/N). I sighed and looked at my ankle as it hurt reaaalllyyy bad. 

I suddenly heard someone walking down the hallway and get closer to the infirmary. I just waited patiently for whatever nurse that comes in the room. "O-Oh my gosh!!" I hear the voice that I loved to hear yell.

"(Y-Y/N)!!! What h-happened?!?" Mikan says as she rushes over to me. "Well... (F/N) and I kinda... well ran around goofing off and I accidentally fell..." I say somewhat lying since I can't tell her the real reason (F/N) was chasing me.

"Oh... w-well w-where is (F/N)?" Mikan asked. "Well Ishimaru caught us running in the halls so he let (F/N) help me to the infirmary as he gave us both detention slips. So right now... they're probably in detention I guess." I sigh looking at the floor trying not to look into Mikan's eyes.

Mikan's POV- 

I give (Y/N) a pained look seeing he got detention for what his friend did. I mean it wasn't his fault. "W-well I will b-bandage your a-a-ankle up for y-you since y-you sprang it." I say looking for all of my bandages.

After a minute of looking I finally found my bandages. I walked back over to (Y/N) and started bandaging his ankle carefully trying not to hurt him in the process. I saw (Y/N) wince in pain but just dealt with it. I frowned a bit seeing how much it hurt him.

"T-There w-we go, all d-done." I say looking up into (Y/N)'s eyes. I never noticed how beautiful they actually are. His eyes were a beautiful (E/C). I blushed realizing how long I was looking at them.

"Thank you, Mikan." (Y/N) said smiling as he pulled me into a hug. I of course hugged him back smiling. No one has ever treated me with such kindness before... it's so nice.

"How can I repay you Mikan? You made my ankle feel so much better already! There must be something I could do to show you my appreciation." (Y/N) says looking into my eyes again. I can't help it, my body reacted on it's own it seems like.

"There i-is something." I say as he looks at me, waiting for my answer. "What is it?" He finally says as I pull him in for a long passionate kiss. My eyes widen in surprise when I realize that he is kissing me back! My body starts to relax as my eyes flutter shut again.

I pull away blushing madly. "S-Sorrryyyyyy please forgive m-me!!!" I say with tears in my eyes. "It's okay Mikan I forgive you and I always will." (Y/N) says as he hugs me tightly. I just smile and tears of joy start to run down my cheeks. 

"I love you (Y/N)." I hiccuped through tears.

"I love you too Mikan."
