Chapter 53

LUCY'S POV

I walked hand in hand with Storm and Misty until we arrived at the wedding venue.
All 6 of us walked in and went to try and find Rosaline.

"Oh your back!  Perfect timing!  Quick kids,  I need to get you all changed. " She said grabbing them all and pushing them towards a room.
She looked behind her shoulder at us.

" You 3 can wait out here if you would like. " She smiled, as she walked into the room behind the children.

Natsu,  Happy,  and I all sat down on the couch in the living room.

"Today has been quite the day."  I sighed.

"Yeah,  but it was fun too. " Natsu said.

"You enjoyed babysitting!?"  I exclaimed.

"Well I guess.  It wasn't too bad, and I got too see a different side of you as well. " He smirked.

"Dame goes for you."  I laughed. "I am tired though..." I admitted and decided to lean over and rest my head on his shoulder.

"L-lucy? What are you doing? " He asked me.

"Shhh,  your warm and comfortable." I sighed happily.

I heard Natsu chuckle then he leant his head on mine.

"N-natsu!? "

"Shhh,  it's comfortable like this."  He said.

Then I felt Happy crawl onto my lap and curl himself into a little ball.

Before we knew it, we all fell asleep.

*time skip*

"Miss Lucy, and Natsu.  Please wakeup the wedding will start soon. " Rosaline informed us, while shaking our shoulders lightly to wake us up.

"Five more minutes......"  Natsu said,  making me laugh.

I sat up and yawned and then I picked Happy up.

"Happy,  help me wake Natsu up. "

"Aye.."  He said sleepily.

We both turned to Natsu and we started to tickle him.

"S-stop!!  W-what are y-you doing! " He laughed.

"Wakey,  Wakey,  sleepy head!!"  I said.

"OK fine stop! "

Happy and I giggled.

"Natsu,  get up quick,  the ceremony is about to start!" I told him.

He looked around and got up.

"Good to see you're all awake now. " Rosaline said. " The wedding is about to start follow me.

We followed Rosaline into the back yard and it was set up beautifully.
It has beautiful white and pink roses set up.
And a white carpet with white seats either side.
People were seated and getting prepared for the ceremony,  it was wonderful.

"Wow,  It's beautiful. " I said.

Rosaline looked at me and smiled. " You look excited Lucy. "She said.

"Oh I am. I've never been to a wedding but I have always wanted too.  It's so wonderful."  I said. "It's amazing seeing two people who love each other vow to love one another forever with all their heart."

"I suppose you dream of when this day will happen to you. " She smiled.

I looked at her and smiled sadly.
